All students at Sunrise Elementary School had a great experience learning about career clusters. They heard from professionals working in fields such as engineering, nursing, veterinary medicine, marketing and manufacturing.
Academic and Career Planning (ACP) opportunities like this event help students learn more about career types and the options available to them so they are better prepared for their future. The purpose of ACP is not to have a plan set in stone at a young age, rather to help students learn about their interests and the types of career options available to them.
