Woodland Summer School Maps - will be added in April

 
  1. Child's Schedule/Class Locations/Transition to Classes
    • How to print summer school schedules
    • Woodland Schedules will be sent home along with a blank map to circle class locations for child.
    • Learning services staff, principals, along with other staff will be at summer school to help students find their classrooms, and transition from class to class.
    • Bussing students entering grades 4K-2 - Students will receive a lanyard their first day of summer school either on the bus or in their first class, to assist the student and staff in helpng make sure students can easily find their classes.
    • Students entering grades 1&2 -  Students will receive a lanyard the first day of summer school in their first class, to assist the student and staff in helping make sure students can easily find their classes.
  2. My child has an appointment or we will be on vacation
    • If your child has an appointment and you need to pick them up during summer school, or if you know of dates you will be on vacation, please email summerschool@kimberly.k12.wi.us
  3. Can my child bring a snack to class?
    • All snacks must be nut free.  We encourage students to bring a snack to summer school. 
    • Many students are at summer school for 4 or more hours. If they are not in a cooking or food class, we recommend bringing a nut free snack to summer school. 
  4. Drop-off/Pick-up - Woodland
    • Please make sure to have a designated location to pick up your child.
    • 4K/5K students will need to be dropped off and picked up at their classroom. If you have an older sibling or sitter picking your 4K/5K student up from their class, please let them know they need to go to the classroom for drop-off/pick-up

  5. How will I know if a sports camp is cancelled due to weather?
    • Sign up for remind-me by texting @ssweather to 81010. SS Weather-Remind Me Instructions to receive up-to-date cancellation information.
