What are your school
hours? School starts at 8:35 AM and ends
at 3:35 PM. Student should not arrive before 8:20 AM as there
is no supervision before that time.
What are the hours for
4K/5K? The morning session is 8:35 - 11:20 AM
and the afternoon session is 12:50 - 3:35 PM.
What are the lunch
hours? Grade 1 eats lunch from
11:45 AM - 12:05 PM, has recess from 12:05 - 12:25 PM;
Grade 2 eats lunch from 11:55 AM - 12:15 PM, has
recess from 12:15 - 12:35 PM; Grade 3 eats lunch from
12:15 - 12:35 PM; has recess from 11:55 AM - 12:15 PM; Grade
4 eats lunch at 12:05 PM, has recess from 11:45 AM - 12:05
PM.
How do I register my child for
school? Paperwork for registration can be picked up
in the school office, mailed to you upon request, or printed off of
the district web-page.
What is needed when I
register? Your child's immunization records are
needed along with a brief health history and doctor
information. If you are registering your child for 4K, 5K or
first grade, a certified copy of the official birth certificate is
also required.
What and how much are the general
fees? The general fees are used to offset supply
costs for the school (i.e. paper, school supplies, work books,
etc.) 4K and 5K fees $20.00 and grades 1 - 4 fees are
$30.00. Fees are subject to change annually.
What do I do if my child will not be at
school? Please report any student absences or
tardies to the school office by calling 730-0924, opt.
#1. All calls should be made by 9:00 AM of
that morning. Voicemail messages can also be left at any
time.
Can my child take medications at
school? Yes. There are medication forms
available in the school office or on the district
web-page. These forms are needed for all prescription and
over-the-counter medications (i.e. cough drops, pain relievers,
etc.) Prescription medication forms require a doctor
signature as well.
How do I know if school is
closed? If weather coniditions dictate that there
will be no school, a decision to close schools will be made by 6:30
AM. AlertNow, the district's calling system, will call all
families within the district. Announcements will be made
on local radio stations: WAPL - 105.7 FM, WHBY - 1150
AM, WKFX - 104.9 FM, WEMI - 91.9 FM, WGEE - 1360 AM and WOZZ - 93.5
FM; and the local TV stations: WBAY-TV 26, WFRV-TV 5,
WGBA-TV 26, and WLUK- FOX 11.
Can my child ride the bus?
Only children that are bus eligible can ride the bus. If you
are not sure if your child is bus eligible, contact Paul Mennen at
Lamers Bus Co. at 920-832-8800, ext. 10916.
Can I visit my child's
classroom? We welcome and encourage parent
visitation. All visitors to the building must comply
with the following guidelines:

Please be sure to sign-in and obtain a visitor's
badge in the office before proceeding to the classroom.

Please obtain prior approval from the classrrom
teacher in scheduling your volunteer or visitation times.

Please visit only the classroom where you are
scheduled to volunteer/visit. Visiting other rooms can be
disruptive to the teaching process.
