WESTSIDE ELEMENTARY PTO
Westside PTO is open to all parents of Westside Elementary students. There is no fee to join. Our meetings are held monthly in the art room.
The PTO supports the families and teachers at Westside by providing several family activities including movie nights, bingo night, a school dance and the end of the year carnival. In addition, we support teachers by purchasing books for their classrooms, providing supper for staff members during parent/teacher conferences and volunteering in classrooms. We would not be able to do this without the parents! Fundraisers are held each year to raise money in support of our efforts. The amount of money raised from these fundraisers will greatly determine if we can support additional projects throughout the year. Currently, money from fundraisers will be spent to purchase Smartboards for classrooms.
All decisions of the PTO are voted on at our meetings so please come and share your ideas to help improve our organization. You do matter!
