Wecome to Woodland Elementary School!

Thank you for visiting the Woodland Elementary School website, and for exploring the outstanding education that students receive in the Kimberly Area School District!  Woodland Elementary School has a strong tradition of high student achievement, fostered by the outstanding staff and community.  We continue to be proud of the collaboration between students, staff, parents, and the community, as we continue to make Woodland an outstanding school.

Woodland Elementary School serves students in grades 5K through 4.  A strong emphasis on literacy and math leads our instruction and professional growth throughout the school year.  In addition, we have a strong foundation in Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), which guides our approach to teaching positive behaviors and celebrating the great accomplishments of our students.  I invite you to visit the Woodland Way website to learn more about PBIS.

The Kimberly Area School District's Plan for Excellence continues to set goals for student and school success. The Plan for Excellence sets high expectations in the areas of student achievement, curriculum, professional learning, health and wellness, and community.  This plan again demonstrates the strong collaboration between school and community, and the shared expectations for success.
