What are your school hours?
School starts at 7:35 a.m. and ends at 2:50 p.m. We are asking that students traveling to school by means other than the school bus (walking, biking, vehicle drop off, etc.) arrive no earlier than 7AM but as close to 7:25 AM as possible. Students should exit their vehicle in between the orange barricades and enter through the front Woodland Elementary School doors. Fifth and sixth grade students will wait in the gym until they are released. Those arriving after 7:25 AM can immediately report to their lockers and homeroom. Adult supervision will be present.
What are the lunch hours?

How do I register my child for school?
How much are the general fees and what are they used for?
The general fees are used to offset supply costs for the school (i.e. paper, school supplies, work books, etc.). Fees for intermediate school are:

What do I do if my child will be absent?
Please report any student absences or tardies to the school office by calling 730-0924, option #2. All calls should be made by 7:45 AM of that morning. Voicemail messages can also be left at any time.
Can my child take medications at school?
Yes. There are medication forms available in the school office or on the district web-page. These forms are needed for all prescription and over-the-counter medications (i.e. cough drops, pain relievers, etc.) Prescription medication forms require a doctor signature as well.
How do I know if school is closed?
If weather conditions dictate that there will be no school, a decision to close schools will be made by 6:30 AM. Parents with students in school receive a direct call, text and/or email from our auto-call system. As a reminder: If you have a new phone number or email address, please update your information in the Infinite Campus parent portal or contact your school’s secretary to update the portal. Announcements are also sent to local T.V. and radio stations.
Can my child ride the bus?
Children who are bus eligible may ride the bus. If you are not sure if your child is bus eligible, contact Lamers Bus Company at (920) 832-8800.
Can I visit my child's classroom?
Lunch visitors and classroom volunteers are welcome at Woodland Intermediate. Each guest is required to check in with the office prior to entering school.
