Academic and Career Planning (ACP)

Preparing students for college, career and life.

Stack of books with graduation cap on top, says "congratulations"ACP is a student-driven, adult-supported process in which students create and cultivate their own unique and information-based visions for post-secondary success, obtained through self-exploration, career exploration, and the development of career management and planning skills.

Our ACP resources and processes help us ensure that every student is given opportunities to reach their potential through academics, the arts and co-curricular activities. All students will graduate with an attainable plan to reach their goals. You can view a PDF overview of our ACP Process or keep scrolling for an overview by grade.

Each child is encouraged to explore their developing strengths and interests through our diverse curriculum.
