Five Kimberly Recipients Honored by the Herb Kohl Educational Foundation

Retired Senator Kohl presenting Tim Handrich with a Fellowship for 2017.

We are very proud to have five members of our District recognized by the Herb Kohl Educational Foundation. Charlie Fischer and Will Wegner, both seniors at Kimberly High School, received Excellence Scholarships for their high level of achievement in academics, the arts and co-curriculars. Tim Handrich, School Counselor at J.R. Gerritts Middle School, Miki Wise, Art Teacher at Kimberly High School, and Sandi Worley, Special Education Teacher, at Westside Elementary School, each received a Fellowship Award. Only 207 students and 116 educators in the entire State were honored by the foundation. Read more about this accomplishment.
