Little Free Libraries within KASD

Update 9/26/19 - our Little Free Libraries are temporarily removed from service. After seven years of use, they were in need of renovations are being worked on by our middle school students. Stay tuned for their return!

In the spring of 2012, students and staff of the Kimberly High School Integrated Studies Program (ISP) planned, designed, assembled, and created eight unique Little Free Libraries for placement within the Kimberly Area School District. The idea behind Little Free Libraries in our District is to encourage reading with young children in our community and they revolve around the motto "Take a Book, Leave a Book." Click here to learn how Little Free Libraries work.
