In preparation for our 2019 Child Development Days, we are using a screening and monitoring program this year – Ages and Stages Questionnaire, Third Edition (ASQ-3) – to help track your child’s development.
Ages and Stages includes questions about your child’s communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal social skills.
Parents of Kimberly Area School District children who reach their third birthday between September 1, 2018 and August 31, 2019 (DOB between 9/1/15 and 8/31/16) are invited to complete this online screening for your child. PLEASE COMPLETE THE AGES AND STAGES QUESTIONNAIRE BY April 30, 2019.
