So proud of the Kimberly High School Band who performed on April 16, 2019, during the 75th Anniversary Celebration of the commissioning of the USS Wisconsin battleship. The celebration, which took place in Norfolk, Virginia, was broadcast on the USS Wisconsin (BB-64)'s Facebook page - click here to view a video of the whole ceremony.
The KHS Band also performed in downtown Williamsburg and toured many attractions and museums, including Colonial Williamsburg, the Virginia Air & Space Center, the Nauticus Museum and Virginia Beach.
So Proud of these Papermakers for pursuing their potential in the arts, learning about our nation's history and supporting our military members by participating in the celebration of the USS Wisconsin.
