KHS Students Selected for Statewide Art Exhibition

KHS Art Student

Congratulations to Kimberly High School student artists: Nathan Leder, Aiden Stoeger, Ale Bravo Garcias, Arthur Schinke, Brayden La Chance, Lilya Zoromski, Maeghan Wilkes, Matthew Zastrow, McKinley Killian, and Ruby Zoromski. Their drawings and paintings were selected by ARTS for All Wisconsin to be included in a statewide exhibition in the AFA Gallery in Madison last month. The artists showed their Wisconsin pride by creating pieces based on cows and farming. ARTS for All Wisconsin (formerly Very Special Arts Wisconsin) is a wonderful organization whose mission is to expand the capabilities, confidence, and quality of life for children and adults with disabilities by providing programs in dance, drama, creative writing, music, and visual art. “I’m very proud of the kids and their work,” said KHS Art teacher, Mrs. Miki Wise. The exhibit was featured during Madison Gallery Night on November 12th, and the ARTS for All Wisconsin Telethon on November 13th. For more information go to https://www.artsforallwi.org/
