KHS Students Receive Recognition in the 2022 National Merit Scholarship Program

Congratulations to Nina Tremble, Allison Weiher, Amber Duval, and Marley Pozniak, all seniors at Kimberly High School, for their accomplishments in the 2022 National Merit Scholarship Program. Nina and Allison have been selected as Semifinalists and both Amber and Marley received a Letter of Commendation.

As Semifinalists, Nina and Allison joined approximately 16,000 students out of more than 1.5 million who entered the 2022 competition by taking the 2020 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®). Both will have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,600 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $30 million that will be offered next spring.

Amber and Marley were presented with a Letter of Commendation from Kimberly High School and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC). They placed among the top National Merit Graphic50,000 scorers of more than 1.5 million who entered the competition by taking the 2020 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®). Great job Nina, Allison, Amber and Marley for pursuing excellence in academics!
