Academic and Career Planning

ACP is a student-driven, adult-supported process in which students create and cultivate their own unique and information-based visions for post-secondary success. This is obtained through selfexploration, career exploration, and the development of career management and planning skills.

Our ACP resources and processes help us ensure that every student is given opportunities to reach their potential through academics, the arts and co-curricular activities. All students will graduate with an attainable plan to reach their goals. You can view a PDF overview of our ACP Process.

At each grade level our school counselors’ play an integral role in helping our students with their ACP development whether it is through class lessons, small group meetings or individual conferences.
