KHS Picture Days

KHS PICTURE DAYS

Picture Days at KHS are scheduled for August 6th and 13th, and things will look a little different than in the past.  We will be using the “My Conference Time” system to have people sign up for a time slot. Please see the link below for details on how to sign up.  We ask that only 1 family member attends with the student during picture day and that everyone practices social distancing while on school grounds.  Only high school students can get their picture taken at the high school.
In addition to having your picture taken, we will also be collecting all district owned items from last school year at this time. Please bring the following items with you and we will have a station set up to safely collect these items when you arrive.

1. District chromebooks (These will be collected, wiped, and returned to students at the start of the year)

2. Class textbooks

3. Library books

4. Classroom materials (calculators, art supplies, tools, etc)

Incoming 9th grade students : please bring your school issued chromebook and return it as part of our drop off/collection process.  Devices will be returned to you during the first week of school after they have been wiped clean by our technology department.

After dropping off your items and having your picture taken, you will have your ID activated, and then get your parking permit (if applicable).  Included is the link for the Parking Permit form.  Please have this filled out in advance, as this will help speed up the processing time. 

We will communicate the entrance and exit points of the building as the dates get closer.   

Yearbooks: We will NOT be distributing yearbooks during Picture Days this year.  They will be mailed to 2020 graduates, and will be distributed to returning students in their fourth block class (or a different block if they do not have a 4th block class).

This will take you to the sign up page.  Pick a time slot and fill out the necessary information and then click “Sign Up”.   This will reserve that spot for your student.  If you have any questions, you can call the KHS Main office at 920-687-3024.
