Junior Achievement Business Success

Trevor Reese and Mason Lawrenz earned first place in the Winnebago Region Junior Achievement Business Challenge.

Kimberly High School students did an outstanding job at the Winnebago Region Junior Achievement Business Challenge. The team of Mason Lawrenz and Trevor Reese took first place in the Winnebago region which qualified them to compete at State and earned each of them a $1,000 scholarship. Ana Rank took first place in the marketing competition, which earned her a $250 scholarship.

At State, Mason and Trevor earned a third-place finish among the 20 teams at the competition. During the competition, students played the role of CEOs of a virtual company making decisions regarding capital improvements, production levels, research and development, marketing and prices. So proud of all the KHS students who participated in this Business Challenge as they are reaching their potential through co-curricular opportunities.
