We want to make sure our graduating seniors and their parents are aware that Career Cruising, the software designated by the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) for Academic and Career Planning (ACP), is being upgraded to a new version called Xello.
Our District has used Career Cruising software as a tool to organize and enhance our student’s ACP experience. Unfortunately with the change to Xello, KASD alumni, including the Class of 2019, will no longer have access to their Career Cruising account information since they will not be given a Xello account.
Alumni with Career Cruising accounts are encouraged to save their information to a personal device/storage system so they can still access it. This information must be saved before June 30, 2019.
Please note: Students currently in grades 5-11 will be able to access their Career Cruising information through Xello once it goes live on August 12, 2019. More Xello details will be shared with students in grades 5-11 later this summer.
