Please read IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SCHOOL REQUESTS. Requests to attend Woodland will only be considered for students already attending that have moved to another attendance area within the Kimberly Area School District.

To make a request complete the School Request Form , sign, and email to kasd@kimberly.k12.wi.us, drop off at any school, or mail to PO Box 159, Combined Locks, 54113.
