Online Program Registration
Annual Registration Periods:
- Late April - Early August for Semester 1 Start
- Early December - Mid-January for Semester 2 Start
Thank you for your interest in the KASD Online Program. The Kimberly Area School District offers a full-time online learning program for eligible resident students in grades 5K-12.
Understanding the commitment you are making by requesting enrollment in the district's online program is critical to a student's success. Please be sure to read the information available on the KASD website, because Parent/guardian support and involvement is an essential part of student success. If a student who elects the online option fails to engage in or keep pace with online learning, the district reserves the right to require that the student return to in person instruction.
Registering for the Online Program is a two-step process:
Step 1 - Preliminary Enrollment Application
A completed Preliminary Enrollment application form is required for every child that wishes to enroll in the Online Program. Only by completing the form will your child be considered for enrollment in the KASD Online Program. A separate form should be submitted for each child. Initial applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of the semester.

Step 2 - Determining Fit and Finalizing Enrollment
After a parent or guardian completes the preliminary application form, the online program coordinator and school administrators will determine whether the student is an appropriate fit for the full-time online learning program. Criteria for a successful student is included in the KASD Online Handbook linked on the left of this page. After this review is completed, parents / guardians will be informed of the decision and next steps.
