Summer Office Hours 2025-26 

The Janssen Elementary office will have limited summer hours. Please refer to the schedule below. Office hours and dates are subject to change. Please note that the school office is scheduled to undergo remodeling beginning at the end of June and is anticipated to be completed by early August. During this time, email will be the best way to reach us. For assistance, please contact:

Summer Office Schedule:

  • June 8 – June 11: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday - Thursday)
  • June 29 – July 3: Office Closed
  • July 7 – August 12: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Tuesdays and Wednesdays only)
  • August 17 – August 28: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Administrative Building Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • If you need to register your child for school while the Janssen office is closed, registration services are available at the Kimberly Area School District Administrative Building:

In Session School Hours

  • School starts at 8:35 AM and ends at 3:35 PM (Students should not arrive before 8:20 AM as there is no supervision before that time.)
  • 4k Sessions: 
    • AM: 8:35 AM - 11:20 AM
    • PM: 12:50 PM - 3:35 PM
  • 2:00 PM Dismissal Sessions for 4k:
    • 8:35 AM - 10:45 AM
    • 11:50 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Please Note: There are no 4k classes on noon dismissal days
